Ingredients
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Oil, salad
- 2 x Large eggs, large
- 1/4 c. Coffee
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 c. Apples, peeled and sliced (i.e. Granny Smith)
- 1 c. Nuts, minced
- 1 can Non-stick spray (or possibly butter), for cake pan

Apple Coffee Cake
Servings: 12
Directions
- Pan (or possibly other baking pan). Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Grease the cake pan or possibly use non-stick spray. Pour mix into the pan. Bake at 350'F for 60 min.
