Ingredients
- 1 x Angle food cake, torn into chunks
- 1 ct fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 box (small) sugar free Jello white chocolate pudding mix
- 1 c. Lowfat milk (can be skim)
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream (can be fat free)
- 8 ounce Cold Whip (can be fat free or possibly light)

Angle Food Desert

Directions
- This is an angle food based desert which we have had at the end of our aerobics session. So we KNOW it cannot be fattening, right
- Mix the pudding with the lowfat milk, then fold in the lowfat sour cream. Mix in Cold Whip. Place 1/2 of the angel food chunks in the bottom of a bowl. Cover with 1/2 of the sliced strawberries. Cover strawberries with 1/2 pudding mix. Repeat with cake chunks, balance of strawberries and rest of pudding mix. Chill for a couple of hrs before serving. It is really good and I ate the whole bowl myself (over a weekend, which is.)
