Angle Food Desert

Ingredients

  • 1 x Angle food cake, torn into chunks
  • 1 ct fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 box (small) sugar free Jello white chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk (can be skim)
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream (can be fat free)
  • 8 ounce Cold Whip (can be fat free or possibly light)

Directions

  1. This is an angle food based desert which we have had at the end of our aerobics session. So we KNOW it cannot be fattening, right
  2. Mix the pudding with the lowfat milk, then fold in the lowfat sour cream. Mix in Cold Whip. Place 1/2 of the angel food chunks in the bottom of a bowl. Cover with 1/2 of the sliced strawberries. Cover strawberries with 1/2 pudding mix. Repeat with cake chunks, balance of strawberries and rest of pudding mix. Chill for a couple of hrs before serving. It is really good and I ate the whole bowl myself (over a weekend, which is.)
