Ingredients

  • 1 pkt (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Watermelon Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 1/2 c. Cool water
  • 2 med Bananas
  • 1/2 c. Thawed Cold WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced walnuts

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water in medium bowl. Stir in cool water. Pour slowly into 8-inch square pan. Chill at least 3 hrs or possibly till hard. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
  2. Halve and split bananas just before serving. Place 2 pcs in 4 dessert dishes. Spoon gelatin cubes proportionately over bananas. Garnish with whipped topping and minced walnuts.
  3. Makes 4 servings.
  4. Note: Recipe can be doubled using 1 (8-serving size) or possibly 2
  5. (4-serving size) pkgs. of JELL-O Brand Watermelon Flavor Sugar Gree Gelatin. Use 13 x 9-inch pan.
