Ingredients
- 2 cuos shredded hash browns(THAWED)
- 1 8oz sour cream
- 1 packet of good seasons salad dressing(HERB AND GARLIC)
- 1 large baking potato
- 1-1/3 cups half and half
- 1 8oz bag shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1 4oz Idahoan Buttery Homestyle mash potatoes

Time: 20 minutes prep, 50 minutes cook
Servings: 4
Directions
- Grease 9-inch baking dish and spread hash browns in it.
- In a bowl combine sour cream and dressing packet,and spread mixture over hash browns.
- Peel and slice baking potato, and layer over dressing.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes, or until baking potato is tender.
- In a sauce pan bring half and half to a boil. Reduce heat and add cheese, stiring until melted.
- Pour cheese sauce over baking potatoes.
- Bake another 5 minutes.
- Make Idahoan potatoes according to package.
- Spread mash potatoes over cheese sauce.
- Bake another 5 minutes.

Summary
I wanted something different to do with potatoes. I thought about what I could do. Hash Browns, sliced baking potatoes, and mash potatoes in one dish is different!!!!
