Helpful Tips

  1. 1 - Stock up on chili powder, fresh cilantro, and various peppers. You'll be using lots of them. 2 - Pre-cooked store bought tortillas are fine - but whatever you do, don't heat them in the microwave. They get soggy. Use a drop or two of olive oil in a hot skillet, and heat for a few seconds on each side.
