Helpful Tips

  1. Make as much of the brunch ahead of time as possible. Breads, casseroles, quiche, and potatoes, are all good candidates for making ahead of time. Fruit and eggs generally taste best freshly made, so those you may want to wait on. And here's one last recipe for you: Mimosa: 1 part orange juice, 1 part good Champagne. It doesn't get easier or tastier than that! Enjoy!
