Snacks are a great way to enjoy all your favorite foods, just in moderation. This is designed to come up with portion mindful sizes of the most decadent foods we love, but our middles seem to hate. This is also for coming up with unique ways to get our kids and grown-ups alike to eat their vegetables and want seconds!! Thankfully I was blessed with kids that actually love them naturally!! Additionally, We want to create recipes that we can share which shaves off fat and calories for everyone.
