Ingredients

  • ceci g. 2.500
  • baccalà ammollato g. 650
  • sedano bianco g. 30
  • porri g. 200
  • olio EVO g. 150
  • sale e pepe g. 15
  • brodo vegetale g. 1.000

Directions

  1. tritare grosolanamente il porro e il sedano , metterli in una casseruola unire il baccalà sfilato a pulito, tostare e unire i ceci 1/3 interi e il resto passati e aggiungere il brodo . portare a cottura e aggiustare di sapore.
