  1. Fine dice onion,celery,green pepper and Garlic
  2. Saute in butter until translucent
  3. Dice squash add to the pot
  4. Add remaining ingredients except cheese cook till done
  5. Puree soup with an immersion blender
  6. Stir in Cheese and enjoy!!!
