Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine sugars, oil and eggs and mix.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  4. Add to the egg mixture and mix.
  5. Fold in the zucchini.
  6. Divide mixture into a 9 x 5 well greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 55 minute
