Ingredients

  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp White cumin seeds

Directions

  1. Stir yogurt in a bowl until it is smooth. Add salt and chat masala in the yogurt.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and fry cumin seeds for few seconds. Now pour this hot mixture of oil and cumin seeds on yogurt. Mix it well.
  3. It can be served hot and chilled with pulao and biryani.
