Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes
  • dash of salt
  • sauce for dipping
  • cooking oil for deep frying

Directions

  1. Clean potatoes well.
  2. Boil until moderately tender.
  3. Cut into wedges.
  4. Deep fry.
  5. Place on paper towel to drain excess oil.
  6. Season with salt.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup, mayonnaise or any sauce.
