  • 3-4 half chicken breasts (enough to make 4 sandwiches)
  • 1 cup low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 1 large red pepper, cored, seeded and cut into 8 strips
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 8 slices bread (whole wheat or gluten free)
  • 2 cups Sargento Chef Blends Shredded 6 Cheese Italian divided (1/2 cup per panini)
