Directions

  1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
  2. In large bowl combine all of the dry ingredients for the cake and mix. In a smaller bowl combine all of the wet ingredients for the cake and mix with an electric mixer.
  3. Combine both bowls and mix well with an electric mixer. Place in cup cake trays and bake until the toothpick test comes clean. About 15-20 minutes
  4. Combine all of the ingredients for the icing in a medium bowl and mix with an electric mixer. When the cupcakes have cooled top the cupcakes as you use them.
