Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously.
  2. Chill. Serve over crisp salad greens.
  3. Makes 3/4 c.. NOTE: Using various flavored vinegars and oils with yield interesting flavors.
