White Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potato Add in 1/2 c. white sugar 1 stick butter

2 Large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. Mix well the first 5 ingredients. Put in casserole dish. Pour topping over potato mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min.
