- 3 c. mashed sweet potato
- Add in 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
- Mix well the first 5 ingredients. Put in casserole dish. Pour topping over potato mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min.
