Jamba Juice’s creation blends pureed pumpkin, vanilla frozen yogurt and soy milk. It’s like drinking pumpkin pie through a straw... This smoothie is very rich tasting with just the right amount of spice added. The skinny on ours for a 16 ounce serving is 315 calories. A 16 ounce Jamba has 390 calories. So we’re saving about 75 calories for the same serving size. Also, ours has only 18 grams of sugar and Jamba’s has 75! This simple smoothie is wonderful for the entire family as a breakfast or afternoon snack but it taste good enough for a dessert too.
