What a grump!

Recipe Summary & Steps

What a grump!

Boy was I feeling grumpy and miserable Sunday afternoon. I didn’t feel right. Everything felt nasty. My head had a very low grade headache. My sinuses were feeling pressurized. My neck was sore and my stomach was topsy turvy. Shane was annoying me. He kept bugging to eat, then I put it down and he didn’t want it. I played with him in the snow outside, then he wanted more. Ted came home from snow boarding and asked if I was going next week. I said: “No. I don’t like it”. Well…that’s not totally true, I just didn’t like it at that exact moment he asked me. What a grump!

On a more pleasant note, this morning, while walking to the golf course, we encountered a mysterious lady…

We believe this was a lady… quite obvious WHY we made that assumption, but who knows?People wear all sorts of attire these days. We shouldn’t judge She had an apple slice for lips.

Later in the day, from our kitchen window, the biggest snow flakes were falling from the sky

The birds weren’t on the feeder. Probably a good thing because those flakes were so HUGE they would have knocked their little “tweets” off.

  • 1/2 banana – sliced and cooked with the oats
  • 1/2 of a SUNkist (not really – it was a no name from CA) orange
