  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. cooked ham, minced
  • 12 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 1 med. green pepper, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 16 slices bread, buttered

Directions

  1. Heat butter in skillet. Add in onion, green pepper and ham. Stir fry 5 min. Spread proportionately in baking pan or possibly casserole 15 x 10 inches.
  2. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper. Pour over ham mix. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15 min or possibly till hard. Cut into 8 pcs and serve between 2 slices of bread. To make half a recipe. Bake same length of time in 9 inch pan.
