Ingredients

  • 4 ounce. cooked beef
  • 6 c. water
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes & juice
  • 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
  • 4 carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 Packages Sweet & Low
  • 1/2 green pepper, minced
  • 1 can French style beans & juice
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped (or possibly 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr)
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes (or possibly 4 teaspoon granules)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and simmer as long as desired.
