  • One head Iceberg Lettuce Cut into 4 wedges
  • 2 slices pancetta, diced, cooked crispy
  • one Roma Tomato diced
  • Creamy Buttermilk Dressing: 1/4 cup buttermilk, one tablespoon mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Remove core from head of Iceberg Lettuce and cut into 4 wedges
  2. Rinse, drain
  3. Fry up diced pancetta crispy, drain on paper towels
  4. Dice Roma tomato
  5. In a bowl add buttermilk and mayonnaise and stir well to mix dressing
