Ingredients
- 1 beef soup bone
- 1 lg. can whole tomatoes (take apart & include juice)
- 3 tbsp. rice
- Salt & pepper
- 3 med. carrots, sliced & cut sm.
- 2 med. onions, minced fine
- 3 stalks celery, cut up, tops too
- 3 sm. potatoes, cut in sm. cubes
- 2 cloves garlic, cut in sm. pcs

Directions
- Put all ingredients in soup pot with cool water (maybe 2 to 3 qts). Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 or possibly 5 hrs. Stir to keep from sticking. For more flavor add in the herbs which you like. Suggestions: dry parsley, Beau Monde, dry marjoram, 2 to 3 dashes Tabasco.
