Ingredients

  • Veal 150 gr
  • Onion 20 gr
  • Mushroom 50 gr
  • Cream 10 cl
  • Chicken stock 10 cl
  • Potato 100 gr
  • Clarified butter 2 cl

VEAL EMINCEE

Time: 20 minutes prep, 20 minutes cook
Servings: 1
 

Directions

  1. Cut the veal into strips, the onions in julienne and chopped the mushrooms.
  2. Saute the veal in oil add the onions deglaze with chicken stock, add the cream and leave to reduce for a few minutes.
  3. Add the sauted mushrooms and chopped parsley, check the seasoning. Served with a potato rosti( half moon shape), sprinkle with chopped parsley..

    That does look delicious. We like bigger portions over here. Maybe I would order 2 of those with some gremolata on top.
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
