Vanilla Mac Cookie Cake Recipe
It's really a bar cookie I suppose, made easily with a few ingredients. You can use a multitude of variations with chips, nuts, and cake mixes. Perfect for game nights, or sleepovers when there are more people over than usual and a quick cookie cake is much needed!
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c canola oil
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c water
- 1 egg
- 2 c white chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13 x 9 pan. In a large bowl, add cake mix, canola oil, sugar and water. Blend well. Add egg. Blend. Stir in chips and nuts. Spread mixture into pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool down a bit before cutting into squares.
