  • 1 cup black olives
  • 1 cup green olives with pimento
  • 2 large strips of fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Two Olive Hummus Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can low sodium chick peas
  • 1 cup black olives
  • 1 cup green olives with pimento

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

Place all items in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth, serve with pita chips–need I say more?!?
