Directions

  1. Mix cake mix, 1/3 c. lowfat milk, and butter till well blended. Place half of batter in 9 x 13 inch oblong pan. Bake for 6 min at 350 degrees. Heat caramels with 1/3 c. lowfat milk. When melted, spread over cake baked cake mix. Mix chocolate chips and nuts with remaining half of unbaked cake mix and pour over cake/caramel mix in oblong pan. Bake an additional 18 and let set before cutting into squares.
