Ingredients
- 400 g minced turkey meat
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1 tsp ground chili
- 1/4 cup homemade bread crumbs
- Peanut oil for cooking

Turkey meatballs on a stick
Time: 10 minutes prep, 15 minutes cook
Servings: 3 servings
Directions
- Mix together the first five ingredients and enough bread crumbs to obtain a compact meatball mixture.
- Form small meatballs and roll them in the remaining breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil and fry the meatballs, few pieces at the time until done and golden-brown on all sides.
- Remove the meatballs from oil with a slotted spoon and place on the paper towel to remove the excess oil.
- Place the meatballs on the wooden skewers and serve with tartar sauce, French fries and green salad.
