Directions

  1. Heat fat in skillet, blend in flour, add in salt and pepper. Stir in lowfat milk, cook on low heat till thick, while stirring. Stir in turkey, onion and bread crumbs. Shape into eight small patties and chill. Dip in corn flakes then lowfat milk then again corn flakes. Brown in warm skillet. Place in bowls and cover with soup.
