Turkey And Cheddar Burgers Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb grnd turkey
- 1 c. grated cheddar
- 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tbs dry chives or possibly 2 of fresh minced
- 1 tsp dry onion
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- dash of each salt, pepper, paprika
Directions
- Form loosely packed burgers Spray a non stick pan with cooking spray Heat pan on high add in burgers to warm pan reduce heat to medium cover pan (keeps everything moist) Cook 3-4 min on each side turning as little as possible.
- Very tasty. Great on grill!
