TUNA KABAB (TUNA BURGER)

Ingredients

  • 1 c. tuna flakes (canned)
  • 1 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Chat Masala
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. MSG
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten

TUNA KABAB (TUNA BURGER)

Time: 30 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook
Servings: 5
 

Directions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl except egg.
  2. Knead for 1 minute.
  3. Take 3 tbsp. mixture and roll it into a ball. Flatten it with palms.
  4. Dip in a beaten egg.
  5. Shallow fry until both sides turn brown.
