  • 1/2 x Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 120 gm Canned tuna in oil, liquid removed and flaked
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil, (2 to 3)
  • 1 tsp White or possibly red wine vinegar
  •     Few leaves fresh basil, or possibly minced fresh parsley
  •     Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, leave to stand for about 10 min before serving.
