Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat Large eggs, oil, white sugar and brown sugar till foamy. Reduce speed to low and gradually beat in flour, cocoa, cinnamon, baking pwdr and baking soda, alternating each addition with the buttermilk. Mix in zucchini and 1 c. of chocolate chips. Spoon into a greased 10" bundt pan. Bake 65 mins. or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. Cold in pan on a wire rack for 15 mins. Remove from pan to cold completely. In a small saucepan over low heat, heat remaing chocolate chips, stirrring , just till smooth. Pour over cake.
  2. NOTES : Variation-semi sweet chocolate chips instead of lowfat milk chocolate chips.
