Touchdown Taco Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans (16 oz)
- 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp southwestern season mix
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 oz cheddar cheese (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup pitted olives, chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup thinkly sliced green onions
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spread refried beans over bottom of deep dish baker
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream and southwestern seasoning
- Press garlic into bowl with cheeses and mix well
- Spread over beans
- Shred cheese over top
- Bake 15-18 minutes or until hot
- Chop olives
- Snip cilantro
- Sprinkle tomato, onions, olives and cilantro over dip
- Serve with tortilla chips
- Note - you can put stoneware in the microwave for 10 minutes instead of oven.
