- 2 lbs. fajitas
- 6 corn tortillas
- 2 c. refried beans
- Lettuce minced
- Tomatoes, diced
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 avocados, sliced
- Lowfat sour cream

Tostadas De Fajita
Servings: 6
Directions
- 1. Prepare fajitas and chop. Prepare tostadas shells, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and avocados. Set aside.
- 2. Spread refried beans on fried tortillas, then cover plentifully with fajita meat. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and avocados.
- 3. Garnish with a spoon of lowfat sour cream in the middle of the tostada.
- 4. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
