  • 1 cup of soya or corn oil,1 cofee spoon salt
  • 1 dessert spoon of ferment
  • stuffing: 500 g small shrimp without shell
  • 2 onion sliced,2 tomatoes sliced,3 soup spoon soya oil,salt,spice

Directions

  1. pie:mix well all ingredient.
  2. stuffing cook onion tomatoes oil salt spice
  3. for 15 minutes.put shrimp mix for five minutes.
  4. mix pasta pie with stuffing.put all in cake mold already greased with butter
  5. put on the top grated parmesan cheese .
  6. cook in the oven (medium temperature) for 20 minutes.

    Great recipe, the pie is delicious, very easy to make, I put the ingredients for the dough in the mixer, worked out great. For the stuffing I added corn, parsley, and tomato sauce and just placed it on top of the dough.

        We have tried at home and it results very well.

          I look forward to trying this George. Sounds delicious! I'll have to figure out what ferment is...yeast maybe? Keep them coming!
