  • 1 packet frozen puff pastry
  • ½ bottle Tomato Chutney
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Black Olives
  • Pine nuts
  • Dried basil

Tomato Tart

Time: 20 minutes prep, 20 minutes cook
 
 

Directions

  1. Method
  2. Roll out puff pastry on to a baking pan and pre-bake for about 10 minutes.
  3. Spread chutney over pastry.
  4. Top with tomatoes, pitted olives and pine nuts.
  5. Sprinkle some dried basil over and bake for 20 minutes in a hot oven. 200⁰. Should be served hot immediately otherwise it goes soggy
