- ½ bottle Tomato Chutney
- Cherry tomatoes
- Black Olives
- Pine nuts
- Dried basil

Tomato Tart
Time: 20 minutes prep, 20 minutes cook
Directions
- Method
- Roll out puff pastry on to a baking pan and pre-bake for about 10 minutes.
- Spread chutney over pastry.
- Top with tomatoes, pitted olives and pine nuts.
- Sprinkle some dried basil over and bake for 20 minutes in a hot oven. 200â°. Should be served hot immediately otherwise it goes soggy
