Tomato Salad Recipe
This is a wonderful salad to accompany chicken, meat and fish.
It is great served with bread and cheese, too!!!
Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes, cubed
- 5 scallions, cut thinly
- 1 hot green pepper, take out seeds, and chop fine (this can be eliminated if you dont like hot and spicy)
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
