  • one jar 20 ounce homemade tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup light cream
  • chopped chives
  • salt and black pepper
  • croutons, crackers. crusty bread as garnish, if desired

Directions

  1. Empty jarred contents into a saucepan on medium/low heat, add light cream and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir during cooking time.
  2. Garnish with fresh chopped chives.
