- red romaine lettuce
- field tomato
- tomatillo
- Marinade
- 1 dsh salt
- 2 dsh pepper
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- Blue Cheese Vinaigrette
- 2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
- squirt of lemon juice
- 1/2 c. red onion
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- 1 Tbsp. green onion
- juice from half a lemon
- 1/2 c. danish blue cheese
- 1 pch salt
- 1 pch black pepper

Tomatillo, Tomato And Blue Cheese Salad
Servings: 4
Directions
- Slice tomatoes in wedges.
- Place tomatoes in marinade and let sit.
- Remove Tomatillo stem and slice into weddges.
- Marinade:Mix together ingredients.
- Place tomatoes in mix.
- Blue Cheese Vinaigrette:Wisk Together vinaigrette before adding the blue cheese.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill till serving.
