Ingredients
- 3 x Bars Chocolate Toffee Bars
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. All-Purpose flour
- 1/3 c. Butter, at room temperature
- 1/3 c. Coarsely Minced Pecans

Toffee Crunch Bars
Servings: 12
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Grease an 8X8X2 inch square baking pan.
- Place one whole toffee bar in a blender or possibly food processor. Whirl till grnd. Coarsely chop remaining bars.
- Combine sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl. Stir in grnd toffee bar and flour. Cut in butter with a pastry blender till mix is crumbly. Press into prepared pan.
- Bake for 20 minuted or possibly till lightly browned. Combine minced toffee bars and pecans in a small bowl. Sprinkle proportionately over warm mix in pan. Press down lightly with metal spatula. Bake 10 more min.
- While still warm cut into bars. Cold in pan on a wire rack.
