Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. of Quaker Oats (quick or possibly old fashioned, uncooked)
- 1 c. flour
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 c. raisins

Toaster Oven Soft Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Directions
- Mix the salt, butter, vanilla, and brown sugar in a big bowl.
- Add in the sugar, baking soda, Large eggs and ground cinnamon until fully mixed.
- Stir in the flour, mixing thoroughly. Stir in the Quaker Oats until you see no flour. Fold in the raisins.
- Drop by large rounded spoonfulls onto a ungreased cookie sheets (about six per batch).
- Press the cookies down to make them flat before baking.
- Bake in a preheated 350 for about 18 minutes.
