Three Ingredient Dinner Rolls are so easy to make, taste great and smell wonderful cooking in the oven. Serve these Three Ingredient Dinner Rolls with any meal, have them for breakfast with coffee and your favorite jams and jellies or slather one with butter anytime for a treat. The secret ingredient in these rolls is beer! 2 cups baking mix like Bisquick 2 Tablespoons white granulated sugar 1 (8 ounce) can beer or 1 cup Mix ingredients together in a mixing bowl using a spoon. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. I fill my muffin tin cups about 3/4 full. Let rise 45 minutes in a warm place and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 8 muffins. Enjoy! Note: If you want smaller muffins, you can probably get 12 out of this recipe and fill muffin cups 1/2 full before baking. You could brush with melted butter the last five minutes of cooking if you want.
