Take your tea up a notch with Edgar Bar and Kitchen at The Mayflower Renaissance Hotel's Earl the Pearl.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Earl Grey Infused Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Mint Simple Syrup
  • Topper: Ginger Beer
  • Garnish: Mint Leaves, Lemon Twist

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into highball glass. Top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon twist.
