Thinking of Drinking: Champagne Cocktails Recipe

Break out the bubbly!  Try my Italian Kiss Cocktail or 11 Pipers Piping featured in the Capital Cooking Cookbook.  Add some sparkle to your 2 shots DiSaronno amaretto Champagne Orange Maraschino Cherries Pour 1 shot of amaretto into each champagne flute. Fill flute with champagne but leave a little room at the top. Put a splash of orange juice in each glass.
