The "Veggie" Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce weight softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 bell pepper finely diced
  • 1/2 onion finely diced
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 2 baby carrots (rinsed) finely grated
  • Garnish Fresh Chive (cut)

The "Veggie" Dip

Time: 8 minutes prep
Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and you'll be stirring quite a bit in between adding the ingredients. Garnish fresh sprig of chives (cut).
  2. Chill at least one hour before serving with a veggie platter.
  3. Delicious-enjoy!
