  • 1/4 cup Aloe Vera Juice or Gel

So, read on to find out what are the best foods to add to your blender! This week, I enjoyed a smoothie for breakfast after an hour walk with my dog, Tanka, around Bay End Farm. Considering it was my first time successfully returning from the 200 acres full of winding trails, I was particularly proud of this walk. I celebrated with a smoothie that I designed during a workshop planning meeting with my friend, Jennifer Ladd, a local chef and farmer.
