Directions

  1. in 5 qt stockpot, combine water with lemon pepper, 1 tsp cumin and olive oil
  2. bring to boil
  3. add chicken breasts and return to a low boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer 20-30 min or until chicken is fork tender and juice is clear
  4. remove chicken and cut or shred and return to broth
  5. add garlic, onion, 1tsp cumin, lime juice and beans to broth
  6. bring to boil
  7. summer until thoroughly heated, about 45 min
