4th of July weekend with this burger just perfect!!!!

- make four patties don't press too hard on the meat
- Sprinkle with S and P
- BBQ just the way you like it
- On the stove put a med pan on hi heat
- Sprinkle foie with s and p
- Place on hot pan for 1 min
- Flip to the other side for another min
- Place it on the burger and enjoy
