Texas Hash Browns Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pound frzn potatoes (hash browns), thawed
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- Crumbs on top (crushed cereal or possibly bread)
Directions
- Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 min in 9x13 inch pan.
